Terms and Conditions

This is an outline, not a finished legal text. Fill in the details in square brackets before launch and have the terms reviewed. The Czech version is legally binding.

1. Provider

[Full name], Company ID [IČO], registered at [address], e-mail jan.honza.ambroz@gmail.com (the “tutor”).

2. Service

One-to-one English lessons of the length and time chosen when booking, [online / in person at the address].

3. Booking and conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded by paying for the selected slot. After a successful payment the customer receives a confirmation e-mail. An unpaid booking is cancelled automatically after 15 minutes.

4. Price and payment

The price is shown for each slot. Payment is made online through the GoPay payment gateway.

5. Cancellation policy

• Cancelled by the customer more than [24] hours before the lesson: [full refund / rescheduling].
• Cancelled less than [24] hours before the lesson: [no refund].
• Cancelled by the tutor: full refund or a replacement slot, at the customer’s choice.

6. Withdrawal from the contract

[Adjust according to the law – services provided on a specific date are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal period.]

7. Complaints

Please send complaints by e-mail to jan.honza.ambroz@gmail.com. They will be handled within 30 days.

8. Out-of-court dispute resolution

The competent body is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, www.coi.cz.

Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
